The villa's central living area offers an octagon shaped living room as well as 6 seater dining area both of which lead out to the covered pool deck; with views of the golf course beyond. Each of the 3 bedrooms offers en suite bathrooms as well as the option of air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The first guest room is located on the lower level, with the second guest bedroom and Master suite being situated on the second floor and enjoying access to a shared patio.
Coconut Grove 2 is a non-smoking residence. Children under 10 years old are not permitted.
*Optional day passes at US$10 per person, per day are required for use of Royal Westmoreland amenities. Children under the age of 16 do not require passes.
