Here's where your vacation begins! Cassia Heights 24 is located within the very famous gated golf resort known as Royal Westmoreland. The development offers golf (special prices and tee times), tennis, communal swimming pools, beach club membership with shuttle delivery, on-site dining, clubhouse and more!
The split-level villa provides accommodation for up to six guests in 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located in the main house and have access to a bathroom, while the cottage holds the final bedroom and bathroom. As you enter the villa's premises you will be greeted by a quaint courtyard and the cottage to the left. Once in the villa itself which is just in front of the courtyard, you will find the upper-level dining with the adjacent equipped kitchen and to the left the guest bedroom.
On the lower level which just a few stairs, is the master bedroom and bathroom to the left, living space to your right and then the open terrace deck with plunge pool and outdoor dining table. From here you have views of the green.
Included in your rental are the following: Housekeeping, reduced fees on golf, and all of the other amenities mentioned above.
With a stay in Royal Westmoreland and Cassia Heights 24, you can expect privacy, security and complete relaxation.
Maisha who will assist in the rental, can also help with hiring a vehicle, transportation, fast track through the airport, catamaran cruises and more!
Please note that effective May 1st, 2020, Royal Westmoreland will be implementing their Daily Resort Fee for use of the resort amenities.
The cost per guest card will be USD $ 10.00 per day. Children under the age of 16 will not require a guest card. This will be payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon arrival and houseguests are asked to carry their cards at all times so they can be produced upon request when using the facility.
