Located in a quiet residential area, the Villa allows you to enjoy peace and quiet yet be only four minutes’ drive from the renowned Paynes Bay Beach and eight minutes’ drive from the refined amenities of Hole Town.
The open plan living area encompasses a beautiful dining suite, modern sofa feature and relaxing sitting room, all of which provide open access to the property's star feature - the panoramic verandah which overlooks the round swimming pool. Allowing one to adopt the traditional Bajan style of 'indoor-outdoor' living.
